Terms and contractor disclosure

DFWRoofingProjects.com is a Homeowner Alliance roofing project planning, referral, and intake resource. Independent contractors perform roofing services. Contractor availability, qualifications, serviceability, pricing, and project acceptance vary.

Tools provide preliminary planning information. They are not roof inspections, diagnoses, engineered designs, binding estimates, warranties, or insurance coverage determinations. An inspection request is not a confirmed appointment.

You decide whether to engage a contractor and should review the written scope, contract, qualifications, insurance, and warranty terms.

See the Homeowner Alliance Terms for the broader platform terms.
